在发电机运行中影响机油消耗量的因素有以下几点:
机油消耗到什么地方去了呢?一部分由于“窜机油”的原因跑到燃烧室,被烧掉或形成积炭,另一部分则从密封不严之处渗漏掉。
机油一般通过活塞环与环槽的间隙,气门与导管的间隙进入燃烧室。其窜入的直接原因是第一道活塞环在上止点附近由于其运动速度急剧下降,便把附着在它上面的润滑油甩到燃烧室里去。活塞环与活塞的配合间隙、活塞环的刮油量和刮油能力、燃烧室内的压力和机油粘度都和机油消耗量密切相关。
从运转条件来说,使用的机油粘度太低,发动机转速和水温过高,气缸套变形超过限度,起动停车次数频繁,发动机零件磨损过大,油面过高等等都会使机油消耗量增加。
由于连杆弯曲、机体整形公差达不到要求而造成的活塞跑偏(其标志是沿活塞销孔轴线的两端,一边活塞环岸部和另一边活塞裙部出现缸套与活塞磨损的痕迹),也是引起机油消耗量增加的一个重要原因。
采用扭曲环和组合油环,对降低机油消耗量有明显的作用,特别是组合油环重量轻,三片结构无泵油作用,本身柔顺,对缸壁的适应性好,涨圈使油环侧面紧贴在环槽上。

Where did the engine oil go? Part of it runs into the combustion chamber due to "oil leakage" and is burned or forms carbon deposits, while the other part leaks from poorly sealed areas.
Oil generally enters the combustion chamber through the gap between the piston ring and the ring groove, and the gap between the valve and the guide pipe. The direct reason for its intrusion is that the first piston ring, near the top dead center, experiences a sharp decrease in its movement speed, which throws the lubricating oil attached to it into the combustion chamber. The clearance between piston rings, the oil scraping amount and ability of piston rings, the pressure and oil viscosity in the combustion chamber are all closely related to oil consumption.
In terms of operating conditions, using oil with too low viscosity, engine speed and water temperature that are too high, cylinder liner deformation exceeding limits, frequent starting and stopping times, excessive wear of engine parts, and high oil levels can all increase oil consumption.
The piston deviation caused by the bending of the connecting rod and the failure to meet the requirements of the body shaping tolerance (marked by the wear marks of the cylinder liner and piston on one end of the piston pin hole axis and the other end of the piston skirt) is also an important reason for the increase in oil consumption.
The use of twisted rings and combination oil rings has a significant effect on reducing oil consumption, especially the combination oil ring is lightweight, the three piece structure has no pumping effect, it is soft and adaptable to the cylinder wall, and the expansion ring makes the side of the oil ring tightly adhere to the ring groove.
