柴油发电机组不发电怎么办？教您5个办法解决！What if the diesel generator set doesn't generate electricity? Teach you 5 ways to solve it!

有些客户经常会问，使用的柴油发电机刚开始运行正常，大概1、2分钟左右就出现发电机瞬间断电的现象，到底是什么原因导致，自己应该如何处理呢？

一、不发电的原因

1、发电机的磁极失去磁性；

2、励磁回路元件损坏或线路有断路，短路或接地现象；

3、励磁机电刷与换向器接触不良或刷架压力不足；

4、励磁绕组接线错误，极性相反；

5、发电机电刷与滑环接触不良，或电刷压力不足；

6、发电机定子绕组或转子绕组断路；

7、发电机引出线接线松动或开关接触不良；

二、输出处理方法

1、万用表电压档检测

将万用表旋钮旋至直流电压30V档（或用一般的直流电压表适当档），把红表笔接发电机“电枢”接柱，黑表笔接外壳，让发动机运转在中速以上，12V电气系统的电压标准值应在14V左右，24V电气系统的电压标准值应在28V左右。

2、外接电流表检测

当汽车仪表板上没有电流表时，可用外接直流电流表来检测。先把发电机“电枢”接柱导线拆下，再将量程为20A左右的直流电流表正极接发电机“电枢”，负极导线接上述拆下接头。当发动机在中速以上运转（不使用其他电器设备）时，电流表有3A~5A充电指示，表明发电机工作正常，否则发电机不发电。

3、试灯（汽车灯泡）法

当没有万用表和直流电表时，可用汽车灯泡做一试灯来检测。将灯泡两端焊接适当长度的导线，并在其两端接上锷鱼夹。检测前先将发电机“电枢”接柱的导线拆下，再将试灯的一端夹住发电机“电枢”接柱，另一端搭铁，当发动机中速运转时，试灯亮度说明发电机工作正常，否则发电机不发电。

4、改变发动机转速观察大灯亮度

起动发动机后，打开大灯，让发动机转速从怠速逐渐提高到中等转速，大灯的亮度若随转速的提高而增加，说明发电机工作正常，否则为不发电。

5、万用表电压档判断

让蓄电池给发电机激磁，将万用表选择在直流电压3~5V（或一般直流电压表适当档）档，黑、红表笔分别接“搭铁”和发电机“电枢”接柱，用手转动皮带盘，万用表（或直流电压表）指针应有摆动，否则发电机不发电。

2. The excitation circuit components are damaged or there are open circuits, short circuits, or grounding phenomena in the circuit;

3. Poor contact between the excitation machine brush and the commutator or insufficient pressure on the brush holder;

4. The excitation winding is wired incorrectly with opposite polarity;

5. Poor contact between the generator brush and slip ring, or insufficient brush pressure;

6. Generator stator winding or rotor winding open circuit;

7. Loose wiring of the generator lead or poor switch contact;

2、 Output processing method

1. Voltage range detection of multimeter

Turn the multimeter knob to the 30V DC voltage range (or use a regular DC voltmeter to the appropriate range), connect the red probe to the generator's "armature" terminal, and connect the black probe to the casing, allowing the engine to run at medium speed or above. The voltage standard value for a 12V electrical system should be around 14V, and for a 24V electrical system, it should be around 28V.

2. External ammeter detection

When there is no ammeter on the car dashboard, an external DC ammeter can be used for detection. First, remove the terminal wire of the "armature" of the generator, then connect the positive pole of the DC ammeter with a range of about 20A to the "armature" of the generator, and connect the negative pole wire to the above-mentioned removed connector. When the engine is running at a medium speed or above (without using other electrical equipment), the ammeter shows a 3A~5A charging indicator, indicating that the generator is working properly. Otherwise, the generator will not generate electricity.

3. Test lamp (car light bulb) method

When there is no multimeter or DC meter, a car light bulb can be used as a test light to detect it. Weld wires of appropriate length to both ends of the light bulb and connect them with flange clamps. Before testing, first remove the wire connecting the "armature" terminal of the generator, then clamp one end of the test lamp onto the "armature" terminal of the generator, and ground the other end. When the engine is running at medium speed, the brightness of the test lamp indicates that the generator is working normally, otherwise the generator will not generate electricity.

4. Change the engine speed to observe the brightness of the headlights

After starting the engine, turn on the headlights and gradually increase the engine speed from idle to medium. If the brightness of the headlights increases with the increase in speed, it indicates that the generator is working properly, otherwise it is not generating electricity.

5. Voltage range judgment of multimeter

Let the battery excite the generator, set the multimeter to the DC voltage range of 3-5V (or the appropriate range for a typical DC voltmeter), connect the black and red probes to the "ground" and generator "armature" terminals respectively, and rotate the pulley by hand. The pointer of the multimeter (or DC voltmeter) should swing, otherwise the generator will not generate electricity.
