  气门烧损以排气门最为常见,其基本原因是气门座的扭曲和积炭。此外,如气门间隙调整不当、磨损过度等也能引起气门的烧损。

  当气门座扭曲时,气门密封面温度及气门与座之间的局部压力同时增加。气门密封面上往往出现沟槽,经高温气体的冲刷便会形成烧损。当气门密封面及气门座积炭严重时,使传热条件恶化,也容易产生变形,导致气门烧损。

When the valve seat is twisted, the temperature of the valve sealing surface and the local pressure between the valve and the seat increase simultaneously. Groove often appears on the sealing surface of the valve, which can be burned by the flushing of high-temperature gas. When the valve sealing surface and valve seat accumulate carbon severely, it deteriorates the heat transfer conditions and is also prone to deformation, leading to valve burnout.
