柴油发电机组在新装或大修后要经过磨合使用是因为发动机零件全新的或者维修后更新了,零件表面不光滑,立即在高温、高压、高速和满负荷条件下使用,会发生部件的磨损,缩短发电机组的使用寿命缩短。所以柴油发电机组的磨合使用很重要.
柴油机的磨合可以分为冷磨合和热磨合两种:
1、冷磨合
冷磨合,是指柴油机在试验台上由电动机或其他动力来带动曲轴进行运转,达到对曲轴连杆机构、配气机构和其他动配合零件磨合的目的。在此过程中需要使用黏度小的机油,并且还可以对柴油发电机组做故障检查,看是否有不正常响声、拉缸和漏气等。
2、热磨合
热磨合,是指将柴油机安装完毕,并且经过详细检查后,将机器发动起来,通过无负荷与有负荷试验,进一步检查与调整发动机,使其具有良好的动力性和经济性。在此过程中应尽量注意检查机器零件的装配情况及配合件之间的间隙是否适当、发动机运转是否均匀、活塞、活塞销、曲轴主轴承和连杆轴承等有无特殊响声。

The running in of diesel engines can be divided into two types: cold running in and hot running in:
1. Cold running in
Cold running in refers to the operation of the crankshaft of a diesel engine on a test bench, driven by an electric motor or other power source, to achieve the purpose of running in the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, valve train mechanism, and other dynamic components. During this process, it is necessary to use engine oil with low viscosity, and it is also possible to perform fault checks on the diesel generator set to see if there are any abnormal noises, cylinder pulling, or air leaks.
2. Hot break in
Hot running in refers to the process of installing a diesel engine and conducting a detailed inspection before starting the machine. Through no-load and load tests, the engine is further inspected and adjusted to ensure good power and fuel efficiency. During this process, attention should be paid to checking the assembly of machine parts and whether the clearance between mating parts is appropriate, whether the engine runs evenly, and whether there are any special noises from the piston, piston pin, crankshaft main bearing, and connecting rod bearing.
