柴油发电机长时间不用如何封存 How to seal diesel generators without long-term use

柴油发电机组需较长时间存放时，应做好下列工作:

1、放尽柴油和润滑油。

2、清除外表尘土、油污。

3、用12~18公斤HC8号机加热到泡沫消失为止(即无水机油)。用1~16公斤加入曲轴箱，摇车数转，使机油溅至各运动件表面，然后放出机油。

4、用少量无水机油加入进气道，摇车使其附着在活塞顶部、气缸套内壁及气门密封面上，置气门于关闭状态，使气缸套与外界隔开。

5、拆下气门室盖，用刷子沾少量无水机油，刷在摇臂等到零件上。

6、覆盖空气滤清器、排气管及油箱，防止灰尘落入。

7、柴油发电机应放在通风良好、干燥清洁的地方。严禁与化学药品(如化肥、农药等)存放一处。

本发电机采用电压为12V容量不小于56安培小时的电瓶，ZQ112型直流起动机带飞轮齿圈致使柴油机起动。

起动时旋动开关钥匙，当左旋45℃时，如指示灯亮，说明电瓶有电，然后右旋复位后，再继续右旋90℃，电机接通电流，柴油机即能起动。当柴油机工作后随即左旋左旋开关钥匙复位，以减少空转。

如一次起动不能成功，必须等待电枢完全静止后再做二次起动，每次起动时间不超过5秒，二次间隔不应小于2分钟。

电气接线:(电源线应尽可能短，最长不超过3米)

When diesel generator sets need to be stored for a long time, the following work should be done:

1. Drain all diesel and lubricating oil.

2. Remove external dust and oil stains.

3. Use 12~18kg HC8 unit to heat until the foam disappears (i.e. no water engine oil). Add 1-16 kilograms to the crankcase, shake the car for a few revolutions, so that the oil splashes onto the surface of each moving part, and then release the oil.

4. Add a small amount of anhydrous engine oil to the intake duct, shake the car to make it adhere to the top of the piston, the inner wall of the cylinder liner, and the valve sealing surface, and place the valve in the closed state to isolate the cylinder liner from the outside.

5. Remove the valve cover, dip a small amount of anhydrous engine oil with a brush, and brush it onto the rocker arm and other parts.

6. Cover the air filter, exhaust pipe, and fuel tank to prevent dust from falling in.

7. Diesel generators should be placed in a well ventilated, dry, and clean place. It is strictly prohibited to store chemicals (such as fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) together.

This generator uses a battery with a voltage of 12V and a capacity of not less than 56 ampere hours. The ZQ112 DC starter with a flywheel ring gear is used to start the diesel engine.

When starting, turn the switch key. If the indicator light is on when turning left at 45 ℃, it indicates that the battery is charged. Then turn right to reset, and continue to turn right at 90 ℃. The motor will be connected to the current, and the diesel engine can be started. After the diesel engine starts working, immediately reset the left and right turn switch keys to reduce idling.

If the first start cannot be successful, it is necessary to wait for the armature to come to a complete stop before performing a second start. The time for each start should not exceed 5 seconds, and the interval between the two starts should not be less than 2 minutes.
