一般我们常见的发电机组通常由以下几个:汽轮机、水轮机或内燃机(汽油机,柴油机等发电机)驱动、风能、太阳能、生物质能、海洋能等。柴油发电机的市场最大,主要是由于柴油发电机组的容量较大,可并机运行且持继供电时间长,还可独立运行,不与地区电网并列运行,不受电网故障的影响,可靠性较高。尤其对某些地区常用市电不是很可靠的情况下,把柴油发电机作为备用电源,既能起到应急电源的作用,又能通过低压系统的合理优化,将一些平时比较重要的负荷 在停电时使用。因此在工程中得到广泛的使用。
发电机的形式很多,但其工作原理都基于电磁感应定律和电磁力定律。因此,其构造的一般原则是:用适当的导磁和导电材料构成互相进行电磁感应的磁路和电路,以产生电磁功率,达到能量转换的目的。
发电机油箱放置的事项:
1)油箱存放位置必须安全以防止火灾,油箱或油桶应单独放在看得见的地方,适当离柴油发电机组远点,且严格规定不准吸烟。
2) 油箱内装的燃油容量应该保证每天的日常供应。
3) 油箱放置后,应在大油库与机组之间加日用油箱,使直接送油之压力不大于2.5米。即使在柴油机关闭期间,不允许燃油依靠重力,通过进油管路或喷油管路流入柴油机。
4) 油口处的阻力不允许超过所有柴油机性能数据单上规定的使用干净滤芯时的规定值。这个阻力值是建立在燃油箱装一半燃油的基础上的。
5) 燃油回油阻力是不能超过所用柴油机性能数据单上的规定。
6) 燃油回油管路的连接不应造成油管中燃油出现冲击波。

Therefore, the general principle of its construction is to use appropriate magnetic and conductive materials to form magnetic circuits and circuits that induce each other electromagnetically, in order to generate electromagnetic power and achieve energy conversion.
Matters for placing the generator oil tank:
1) The storage location of the fuel tank must be safe to prevent fires. The fuel tank or tank should be placed separately in a visible place, appropriately far away from the diesel generator set, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
2) The fuel capacity inside the fuel tank should ensure daily supply.
3) After placing the fuel tank, a daily fuel tank should be added between the large oil depot and the unit to ensure that the pressure of direct fuel delivery does not exceed 2.5 meters. Even during the shutdown period of the diesel engine, it is not allowed for fuel to flow into the diesel engine through the inlet or injection pipelines by gravity.
4) The resistance at the oil port shall not exceed the specified value when using a clean filter element as stated on all diesel engine performance data sheets. This resistance value is based on half of the fuel tank being filled with fuel.
5) The fuel return resistance cannot exceed the specifications on the performance data sheet of the diesel engine used.
6) The connection of the fuel return pipeline should not cause shock waves in the fuel in the pipeline.
