发电机油箱中的沉淀物过多,大量杂质进入油管内,会加速滤清器脏污堵塞和精密偶件的磨损,影响柴油发电机的正常使用。因此,定期清除油箱中的沉淀物,保持油箱内的清洁是十分必要的。清洗油箱时,可用压缩空气来清洗,不必从车上拆下油箱。具体步骤如下:
1、拧下油箱放油螺塞,放净存油后,再装好放油螺塞。
2、取下油箱盖和滤网,向油箱内加入燃油,油面距离油箱底部约为15-20mm。
3、然后将压缩空气软管与特制的喷洗头连接。喷洗头一般为外径12mm、长度250mm左右的金属管,其一端焊堵后钻4-5个1mm的小孔,另一端与软管相连。
4、将带有喷洗头的软管插到油箱底部。
5、用干净布包棉纱封堵加油口,打开压缩空气开关,保持380-600 kPa的气压冲洗。冲洗时,应经常变换喷洗头的位置,使沉淀物和粘附物随油翻动。
6、当喷洗头冲遍油箱后,立即卸下放油螺塞放出脏油。
7、清洗油箱后,应检查油箱加油滤网有无脏物或破损处,并随时处理。
8、应检查油箱盖通气阀是否畅通。若阀门弹簧无弹力或锈蚀应维修或更换。
9、最后加满油,排除油路中的空气。
Excessive sediment in the generator fuel tank and a large amount of impurities entering the oil pipe can accelerate the clogging of the filter and wear of precision components, affecting the normal use of the diesel generator. Therefore, it is essential to regularly remove sediment from the fuel tank and maintain its cleanliness. When cleaning the fuel tank, compressed air can be used for cleaning without removing the fuel tank from the vehicle. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Unscrew the oil tank drain plug, drain the remaining oil, and then install the drain plug.
2. Remove the fuel tank cap and filter, add fuel to the tank, with the fuel level about 15-20mm from the bottom of the tank.
3. Then connect the compressed air hose to the specially designed spray head. Spray nozzles are generally made of metal tubes with an outer diameter of 12mm and a length of about 250mm. One end is welded and blocked, and 4-5 small holes of 1mm are drilled. The other end is connected to a flexible hose.
4. Insert the hose with spray head into the bottom of the fuel tank.
5. Wrap cotton yarn with a clean cloth to seal the fuel inlet, turn on the compressed air switch, and maintain a pressure of 380-600 kPa for flushing. When rinsing, the position of the spray head should be frequently changed to allow sediment and adherents to turn over with the oil.
6. After flushing the oil tank with the spray head, immediately remove the drain plug and drain the dirty oil.
7. After cleaning the fuel tank, check the fuel filter screen for dirt or damage and dispose of it at any time.
8. Check if the fuel tank cap vent valve is unobstructed. If the valve spring has no elasticity or is corroded, it should be repaired or replaced.
9. Finally, fill up the fuel and remove any air from the oil circuit.
