柴油发电机组的操作过程 Operation process of diesel generator set

一、起动前的准备:

1、加机油:夏季用HC11号柴油发电机组机油，冬季用HC-8号柴油机机油。发电机机油应保持清洁。

2、检查油面:机油加到机油尺的上下两刻线中间。油面过高会引起机油上窜，甚至飞车;油面过低会烧轴瓦。

3、加柴油:冬季用-10#轻柴油，其余季节用0#轻柴油，柴油需经50小时以上的静置沉淀、各种盛油器具应确保清洁。

4、检查柴油机底座、皮带轮固定螺栓的紧固情况。

5、打开油箱开关。

6、放空气:

1、拧松油箱开关上放气螺钉，用手挤压输油管，直到输油管中没有气泡时再拧紧。

2、旋松高压油管喷油咀端螺帽。打开减压扳手，摇车把混在燃油中的空气冲出，直到流不带泡的柴油为止，然后旋紧螺帽。

7、打开油门:把调速翼形螺帽拧紧在调速操纵板中间位置。

二、起动:

将调速手柄置于“起动”位置。左手将减压扳手打开，右手将起动摇手柄插入起动爪内，并向里推，摇车，当听到发出“格格”的喷油声后，加速摇车，左手突然放开，右手仍然加速摇，柴油机便可起动。

三、停车

1、卸去柴油机负荷，减小油门，低速运转数分钟，再将调速翼形帽放至最左位置，发电机组便停车。再打开油门，扳起减压扳手摇车数转，放下减压扳手，摇到摇不动为止。

2、关闭油箱开关。

四、柴油发电机组运转中注意事项:

1、柴油机起动后须空车、低速运转3~5分钟，才可加负荷工作。

2、柴油机运转8小时后，应停车检查机油量。不足要加机油。

3、保持冷却风进出口和各散热片风道畅通。

4、要随时注意排气烟色和机器响声。若排烟是黑色或有不正常响声时，应立即停车检查。

五、“飞车”时紧急停车方式:

柴油机“飞车”（转速突然增剧）时，这时操纵调速翼形帽已不能停车，应立即采取下述方法停车。

1、立即将减压扳手扳到减压位置。

2、迅速松开高压油管螺母。

3、拔掉输油管。

4、堵死空气滤清器进气道。

一、 Preparation before starting:

1. Add engine oil: Use HC11 diesel generator oil in summer and HC-8 diesel engine oil in winter. The generator oil should be kept clean.

2. Check the oil level: Add oil to the middle of the upper and lower markings on the dipstick. Excessive oil level can cause engine oil to surge and even accelerate; If the oil level is too low, it will burn the bearing shell.

3. Add diesel fuel: Use -10 # light diesel fuel in winter and 0 # light diesel fuel in other seasons. Diesel fuel needs to be allowed to settle for more than 50 hours, and various oil containers should be kept clean.

4. Check the fastening condition of the fixing bolts of the diesel engine base and pulley.

5. Turn on the fuel tank switch.

6. Release air:

1. Loosen the vent screw on the fuel tank switch, squeeze the fuel delivery pipe by hand until there are no bubbles in the pipe, and then tighten it.

2. Loosen the nut on the high-pressure fuel pipe nozzle end. Open the pressure reducing wrench, shake the handle to flush out the air mixed in the fuel until diesel without bubbles flows, and then tighten the nut.

7. Open the throttle: Tighten the speed control wing nut in the middle position of the speed control panel.

二、 Start:

Place the speed control handle in the "start" position. Turn on the pressure reducing wrench with your left hand, insert the shaking handle into the starting claw with your right hand, and push it inward. Shake the car. When you hear a "grid" fuel injection sound, accelerate and shake the car. Suddenly release your left hand and continue to accelerate and shake with your right hand, and the diesel engine can be started.

三、 Parking

1. Remove the load from the diesel engine, reduce the throttle, run at low speed for a few minutes, then place the speed control wing cap to the leftmost position, and the generator set will stop. Open the accelerator again, lift the pressure reducing wrench and shake the car several times, then lower the pressure reducing wrench and shake it until it stops moving.

2. Turn off the fuel tank switch.

四、 Precautions for operation of diesel generator set:

1. After starting the diesel engine, it must run empty and at low speed for 3-5 minutes before it can be loaded for operation.

2. After the diesel engine has been running for 8 hours, it should be stopped to check the oil level. Insufficient oil needs to be added.

3. Keep the inlet and outlet of the cooling air and the air ducts of each heat sink unobstructed.

4. Always pay attention to the exhaust smoke color and machine noise. If the smoke exhaust is black or there is abnormal noise, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection.

五、 Emergency parking method when driving:

When the diesel engine is running rapidly (with a sudden increase in speed), the control of the speed regulating wing cap cannot stop the engine. The following methods should be taken immediately to stop the engine.

1. Immediately turn the pressure reducing wrench to the pressure reducing position.

2. Quickly loosen the nut of the high-pressure oil pipe.

3. Remove the oil pipeline.

4. Block the air intake duct of the air filter.
