1、清洗各机件、轴承，吹干后加注新的润滑油:

2、清洁碳刷，如果碳刷磨损厚度超过新装时的1/2则应及时更换:

3、检查传动装置是否灵活，启动电机齿轮磨损情况，如果齿轮磨损严重则应申请外委维修。
