柴油发电机的润滑机油系统如何维修保养 How to repair and maintain the lubricating oil system of diesel generators

柴油发电机的润滑机油系统维修保养周期为每运行200小时进行一次;

1、启动柴油发电机组，让其运行15分钟;

2、当柴油机高热时，从油底壳螺塞排出机油，排完后用110NM(用扭力扫扳手)旋紧螺栓，然后再向油底壳加同型号新的机油，涡轮增压器内也应加添相同型号机油;

3、拆除两个粗机油滤清器，换两个新的机油滤清器，新滤清器内应新鲜的与机内型号相同的机油(粗机油滤清器从代理商处购得);

4、更换精滤清器滤芯(从代理商处购得)添加新的与机内型号相同的机油。

The maintenance cycle for the lubricating oil system of diesel generators is once every 200 hours of operation;

1. Start the diesel generator set and let it run for 15 minutes;

2. When the diesel engine is hot, drain the oil from the oil pan plug, tighten the bolt with 110NM (using a torque sweep wrench), and then add new oil of the same model to the oil pan. The same model of oil should also be added to the turbocharger;

3. Remove two coarse oil filters and replace them with two new ones. The new filters should contain fresh oil of the same model as the engine oil (the coarse oil filters were purchased from the agent);

4. Replace the fine filter element (purchased from the agent) and add new engine oil of the same model as the one inside the machine.
