柴油发电机中空气滤清器如何维修保养 How to repair and maintain the air filter in diesel generators

柴油发电机中空气滤清器的维修保养周期为每运行50小时进行一次:

空气滤清器显示器:

当显示的透明部分出现红色时表明空气滤清器已达到使用限度，应立即进行清洁或更换，处理完毕，轻按显示器顶部按钮，使显示器复位;

发电机空气滤清器:

松开铁环，拆下储尘器及滤芯，由上至下小心清洁滤芯;

滤芯不太脏时，可直接用压缩空气吹净，但应注意空气压力不能太大，喷咀不应太接近滤芯;

如果滤芯太脏，应用从代理商处购买的专用清洁液清洗，完后用电热风筒吹干(注意不能过热);

清洗完毕，应进行检查，检查的方法是用灯泡从内往外照，在滤心外部观察，如发现有光点则表明滤芯已穿孔，此时则应更换同型号的滤芯;

如果没有发现光点出现则表明滤芯末穿孔，此时则应小心安装好空气滤清器。

Air filter:

Loosen the iron ring, remove the dust collector and filter element, and carefully clean the filter element from top to bottom;

When the filter element is not too dirty, it can be directly blown clean with compressed air, but it should be noted that the air pressure should not be too high and the nozzle should not be too close to the filter element;

If the filter element is too dirty, it should be cleaned with a special cleaning solution purchased from the agent, and then dried with an electric hot air gun (be careful not to overheat);

After cleaning, an inspection should be carried out by shining a light bulb from the inside out and observing the outside of the filter core. If a light spot is found, it indicates that the filter core has been perforated, and at this time, a filter core of the same model should be replaced;

If no light spots are found, it indicates that the filter element is not perforated, and the air filter should be carefully installed at this time.
