柴油发电机电池劣化到定额容量的80%时必须换掉,也就是说如果一个电池系统新的时候能供电100安培一个小时,到后来同样一个小时只能供电80安培便必须换掉了如果100安培是实际负载而且必须供电至少一个小时,那么电池新的时候必须是原设计能供电125安培一个小时的在原先设计电池时这个1.25的因子就称为老化因子。电池容量降到定额的80%是指极板格栅已经腐蚀和膨胀,极板活性材料已经劣化,电解液已经开始干涸此时,电池容量下降,就该退出服务。
