柴油发电机组是一个复杂的系统,该系统由柴油发动机,供电系统,冷却系统,启动系统,发电机,励磁控制系统,保护单元,电控单元,通信系统,主控系统组成。发动机,供油系统,冷却系统,启动系统,发电机可以统一归纳为柴油发电机组的机械部分。而励磁控制器,保护控制器,电控系统,通信系统,主控系统可以统称为柴油发电机组的控制部分。
(1)柴油发动机
柴油机发电系统柴油发动机,供油系统,冷却系统,启动系统加上同步无刷发电机的总成。柴油机是整个发电系统的动力核心,柴油发电机组的第一级是能量转化装置,将化学能转化为机械能的关键设备。柴油机主要由以下及部分组成:集体组件和曲轴连杆机构,配气机构与进排气系统,柴油机供给系统,冷却系统,润滑系统,启动和电气系统,增压系统。
(2)无刷同步发电机
随着军事,工业现代化和自动化程度的不断提高,对发电机供电质量的要求也越来越高。作为主要发电设备的同步发电机的改进发展也较快,无刷同步发电机及其励磁系统应运而生,并在不断发展和改进。
无刷同步发电机的特点是:
1:无滑动接触部分,可靠性高,维护简单,可长期连续运行而很少维护修养,特别适用于自动化电站和环境恶劣的场合。
2:导电部分没有旋转接触,不产生火花,适用于有易燃气体及多粉尘等高危,恶劣环境条件下运行,同时无滑环的特点也能适应高温度的环境。
3:所发出的电压波形好,畸变率小。
A diesel generator set is a complex system consisting of a diesel engine, power supply system, cooling system, starting system, generator, excitation control system, protection unit, electronic control unit, communication system, and main control system. The engine, fuel supply system, cooling system, starting system, and generator can be collectively classified as the mechanical parts of a diesel generator set. (1) Diesel engine
The diesel engine power generation system consists of a diesel engine, fuel supply system, cooling system, starting system, and synchronous brushless generator assembly. The diesel engine is the power core of the entire power generation system, and the first stage of the diesel generator set is the energy conversion device, which is a key equipment for converting chemical energy into mechanical energy. A diesel engine is mainly composed of the following components and parts: collective components and crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, valve train and intake/exhaust system, diesel engine supply system, cooling system, lubrication system, starting and electrical system, and turbocharging system.
(2) Brushless synchronous generator
With the continuous improvement of military, industrial modernization and automation, the requirements for the quality of generator power supply are also increasing. The improvement and development of synchronous generators, as the main power generation equipment, have also been rapid. Brushless synchronous generators and their excitation systems have emerged and are constantly evolving and improving.
The characteristics of a brushless synchronous generator are:
1: No sliding contact part, high reliability, simple maintenance, can operate continuously for a long time with little maintenance, especially suitable for automated power stations and harsh environments.
2: The conductive part has no rotating contact and does not generate sparks. It is suitable for operation in high-risk and harsh environmental conditions such as flammable gases and high dust. At the same time, the characteristic of no slip ring can also adapt to high temperature environments.
3: The voltage waveform emitted is good with low distortion rate.
4: Due to the fact that brushless generators are composed of multi-stage generators and indirectly control the excitation power of the main generator, the control of excitation power is very small. Therefore, the excitation power regulation device has controllable power components with small volume and low heat generation, resulting in low failure rate and high reliability.
5: Although the brushless synchronous generator is a self-excited excitation system, it has the characteristics of a separately excited synchronous generator and is easy to achieve parallel operation.
