燃气发电机组注意事项 Precautions for Gas Generator Sets

首先发电机组的概念:发电机组是指能将机械能或其它可再生能源转变成电能的发电设备。一般我们常见的发电机组通常由以下几个:汽轮机、水轮机或内燃机(汽油机,柴油机等发电机)驱动、风能、太阳能、生物质能、海洋能等。柴油发电机的市场最大,主要是由于柴油发电机组的容量较大,可并机运行且持继供电时间长,还可独立运行,不与地区电网并列运行,不受电网故障的影响,可靠性较高。尤其对某些地区常用市电不是很可靠的情况下,把柴油发电机作为备用电源,既能起到应急电源的作用,又能通过低压系统的合理优化,将一些平时比较重要的负荷 在停电时使用。因此在工程中得到广泛的使用。

燃气发电就是使用天然气或者其他可燃气体来发电的过程。燃气发电是最稳定的分布式供能方式之一,优秀的冷热电三联供发电系统能够把燃气发电的有效率提高到95%以上。

从世界发达国家和一些东南亚国家发展经验来看,发展分布式燃气发电系统是实现节能减排和能源供应可持续发展的必由之路,具有节能、减排、提高供能安全性、及促进循环经济发展等众多的优势,是现代能源领域发展的不可逆转的潮流。

注意事项:

1、燃气发电机组机房应远离明火区域;
2、燃气发电机组机房应宽敞、明亮且要求安装换气扇以保证良好的通风;
3、燃气发电机组安装时底盘与地基应用平垫铁找平。接触面积应在60%以上,且分布均匀;
4、室内安装照明、开关、线路及其电器应采用防爆措施,且固定牢固;
5、燃气发电机组机房内应符合消防要求,配备灭火器等消防器械;
6、燃气发电机组机房内安装可燃气体报警装置,可燃气体泄露时能及时发现;
7、60kw以下单台燃气发动机燃气管路的外部主要管道内径应不小于2吋,靠近发动机的部分内径应不小于1吋。60kw以上燃气发电机组则分别是3吋和两吋。且必须安装燃气阀门(不锈钢球阀)、型放水阀、防回火装置,燃气管路焊接完成应清理焊渣(用高压空气);

8、燃气必须脱硫、脱水、除尘,其中含硫量≤0.25Nm3,氢气≤10%。

matters needing attention:

1. The gas generator room should be kept away from open flame areas;

2. The gas generator room should be spacious, bright, and require the installation of ventilation fans to ensure good ventilation;

3. When installing a gas generator set, the chassis and foundation should be leveled with flat pad iron. The contact area should be over 60% and evenly distributed;

4. Indoor installation of lighting, switches, circuits, and their electrical appliances should adopt explosion-proof measures and be firmly fixed;

5. The gas generator room should meet fire safety requirements and be equipped with fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment;

6. Install combustible gas alarm devices in the gas generator room, which can detect combustible gas leaks in a timely manner;

7. The inner diameter of the external main pipeline of the gas pipeline of a single gas engine below 60kw should not be less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part near the engine should not be less than 1 inch. Gas generators with a power of over 60kW are 3 inches and 2 inches respectively. And gas valves (stainless steel ball valves), type drain valves, and anti backfire devices must be installed. After welding the gas pipeline, welding slag should be cleaned (using high-pressure air);

8. Gas must undergo desulfurization, dehydration, and dust removal, with sulfur content ≤ 0.25Nm3 and hydrogen content ≤ 10%.
